RULE BOOK DISCLAIMER

 

 

The rules and /or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events.  These rules shall govern the conditions of all events, and by participating in these events shall, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules.  NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OR, OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS.  They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport, and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator, or official.

 

The race director shall be empowered to permit minor deviation from any of the specifications herein, or impose any further restrictions, that in his/her opinion do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements.  NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATIONS OF SPECIFICATION.  Any interpretation of or deviation from these rules is left to the discretion of the officials.  Their decision is final.

2006 LINE-UP PROCEDURES

 

All classes, with the exception of Cruisers and Junior Mini Stocks, will run under the I.M.C.A. line-up procedures at the Heart O' Texas Speedway during the 2006 racing season.  Cruisers and Junior Mini Stocks will draw for feature starting positions.

 

HEAT RACE LINE-UP PROCEDURE

 

u    10 cars or less = one heat

u    11 to 20 cars = two heats

u    21 or more cars = three heats

Points will be awarded in the A-Feature only.  Points will be awarded as follows:

The following points will be awarded to the B-feature finishers that do not transfer to the A-Feature.

Drivers that do not qualify for the A or B feature will receive no points.

 

All points will be awarded to the driver only in all classes except Cruisers.
Points will be awarded to the car in the Cruiser class.

 

Every race will be a point race for all classes unless announced.

 

If you receive a black flag and/or are disqualified, no points or appearance credit will be given for that night's race.
